Advice to use :
Take off from the fridge few minutes before eating. Slice the mango foie gras at the last moment for keeping the nice color.
Preservation :
When you receive, you can keep nearly 3 weeks. You keep on your fridge, when you open the vaccum, you should eat them in 2 days. If you want to keep longer, you can freeze one by one.
