We use the typical cheese of our Region, the Toma cheese, to produce this tasty speciality. It is ideal as antipasto. The oil can be used as a reare condiments for pasta, salads and meat. The Piedmont Region is very rich in cheeses, of which Tartuflanghe offers a wide selection, enriched by the flavour of sliced truffle: Toma is a cheese produced from cow's and sheep's milk on the hills of the Langhe; Brù is a very tasty matured cream-cheese and the famous Cheese fondue is available with or without truffle.
